J. Scott began his real estate career in sales and management for a national homebuilder in Central Florida. This exposure to new home construction has provided him very valuable knowledge. He is always willing to share his experience with customers he represents when building a new home or buying a homesite.

Back in 1986, J. Scott founded The FIRM, Inc. Real Estate Company of Orlando, serving as President and Broker. Because of their awesome customer service, The FIRM Team has been able to track 76% of their business as referrals from their loyal and happy customers.

After 18 successful years at The FIRM, the team merged with EXIT Real Estate Results in 2003. They live by the motto : “Under promise and over deliver the services. It develops raving fans for life!”

Along with his Golden Retriever, Andy, J. Scott resides in South Orlando. He enjoys
boating and loves to vacation in the mountains of North Carolina when time permits.
